The 2022 Vintage
The region experienced an unusually cool and overcast Spring. The cold Spring nights and overcast conditions delayed budburst. A wet October filled soil moisture and nicely set up the growing season ahead.

Hand-plunged in small batch open-top fermenters with a total of six days on skins. MLF in barrel

15 months in French oak barriques, 25% new
The wine was bottled September 2023 under screw cap closures
